Quick baby update

Since we know the day the baby is coming, we thought it would be a good weekend to actually finish preparing for his arrival. Some highlights:

• We finished up the few small things that needed to be done in the baby’s room.

• We learned how to put a car seat securely in our car. (Big thumbs down on the “instructions” that came with the car seat.)

• We packed a hospital bag with (hopefully) all the necessary things for our stay.

So we feel ready anyway. I guess we’ll find out soon how prepared we really are.
